The journal plans to publish four issues each year. A DOI is planned for each published research article, linking to its permanent article page and citation details.
A manuscript must be original and not under review elsewhere. All authors must approve the submission and final version, confirm their contributions, and disclose funding and competing interests.
Concerns involving plagiarism, duplicate publication, or fabricated or manipulated results will be investigated. Editors must declare conflicts and recuse themselves when appropriate.
AI tools cannot be authors. Authors must disclose material use of generative AI and remain responsible for the work. Reviewers must protect manuscript confidentiality.
Authors should include a data and code availability statement and explain any sharing restrictions. An uninvolved editor reviews reasoned appeals and complaints; corrections or retractions are issued when needed.
